ENVIROWORDS: environmental and energy management reporting

Provided regulatory analysis to a private equity group during a multi-million dollar sale of an aeronautics manufacturing company to overcome environmental liabilities missed during the Phase I Assessment process. A NAICS code random sampling turned up hot spots of contaminants of concern at one facility.  The transaction was stalled until the area of concern could be characterized and a correction action plan developed.  The responsive analysis overcame lengthy delays in the closing for a successful and profitable transaction.

Produced How Online Education Gets Green Jobs, to demonstrate the value of online education, funding mechanisms and policies for green job seekers and educators. Environmental data was culled from the Department of Energy, the Department of Labor and the Department of Education as well as Stimulus Funding reports to illustrate which green job opportunities are realistic and which funding sources to prospect.   

Produced documentation, including a White Paper and associated website that promoted specialized database management for public information on US fisheries resulting in the development of public private partnerships for information sharing and analysis.   Documentation contributed to the use of fishery data as indicator of climate change.  Further analysis will be developed to assess baseline conditions and impact scenarios related to the April 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico
